There is no pre-planned programme, but instead, it is about keeping the individual at the centre of their acceleration and development journey. Our proven and tested coaching acceleration formula is integrated with psychology-based principles and best practices, to assist your aspiring leaders and high potential staff in harnessing and unleashing their full potential. We offer 6, 10 and 12 session coaching packages.

Step 1 

Coaching discovery call 

A free 30 minutes discovery call to assess if the coaching chemistry between the client and coach. This is also a chance for your future leader to learn more about the executive programme and coaches style.

Step 2

Robust needs ASSESSement 

We use a blend of assessment approaches to identify your aspiring leaders aspirations, goals and barriers. The thorougher assessments includes: 

  • Psychology based tests (psychometrics)

  • 1:1 conversational assessment against our star (6 point) leadership model. 

  • Reflective questionnaires for you to complete

Our assessment approach ensures we understand what your talented employee needs and goals and we choose the best psychological approaches, that best supports their coaching journey.

your unique acceleration plan 

The data points collected during the assessment phase (step 2) will be transformed into your own ‘acceleration plan’. That would be agreed during the first official session. 


This plan will clearly highlight the high potential staff member's core goals, aspirations and needs. However, there will always be space for adaption and new goal development during coaching sessions, to ensure coaching remains person centred and dynamic.

Each 60 minutes coaching session will be executed to meet the individual's personality, style and preferences, identified during step 2. 

The bespoke nature of the programme means the Coach and Client are continually reflecting on the plan, and adapting in response to milestone successes or changing and evolving needs.  All content, activities, and exercises are tailored to the  individual's goals and session focus. 

* Bonus: future leaders will also receive optional further reflective work at the end of each session, to maximise learning between sessions.

The final session will be focused on safeguarding core learning developed through coaching.


Then using reflective techniques, support you in planning and generating more momentum, to continue your acceleration post programme. So you maintain and continue growing your boldness, confident and potential post programme.



Throughout your coaching journey, your coach will be assessing your progress and mapping your key development.  At the end of the programme, you will receive a free high-level progress report.


What will it contain?

Your progress report will highlight your growth using a measurable method, so you can numerically see your changes. Showcasing your behavioural changes and key milestones and successes achieved.  Providing you with a clear picture of your progress and return on investment.
