To create growth spaces and upskill workplaces, so black and brown women can thrive, free of barriers and internal and external limitations. We want to play an active role in racial and gender equality and feel working directly with women and organisations, can support us in fulfilling this mission.

about change. We are more than a tick box exercises, since we led with purpose and strive for real change and impact in the workplace and society.  

We work to provide accessible services to our clients. Our services are designed and facilitated with inclusion in mind from costs, facilitation and accessibility in mind. 

We are eccentric in creating a sense of inclusion and belonging for women from ethnic minority backgrounds.  We are committed to adding value in all we do and building fairness in how we work and  operate.

My career has been spent working with organisations to improve their practices, to provide a sense of belonging and inclusion for individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds.  A key focus has been on the black attainment gap and student retention".

 

"I am currently working towards my Ph.D. and this has informed the knowledge I share in workshops. I dissect evidence-based information and theories into easy to absorb practical tips, to support organisations in becoming more equitable".
