OUR MISSION

We pride ourselves on being at the frontline of improving the experiences of ethnic minority staff in the workplace. Our mission is to use training, consultancy, healing circles and coaching to upskill your senior leadership teams, staff and clients to proactively contribute to building an anti-racist organisation and authentic allyship. Also, create belonging, development opportunities and safety for individuals from ethnic minorities at work.

OUR VALUES

PURPOSE DRIVEN

We are driven by a real desire to create change in workplaces, as opposed to performative tick-box exercises. We are genuinely passionate about improving systems and ways of working, cultures and attitudes and behaviours in the workplace.

We have a clear vision of creating workplaces and growth spaces, so staff from ethnic minority backgrounds can be their best at work and their potential unlocked. We are strongly committed with action to adding value in all we do and how we operate.

We lead with courage and are enthusiastic about being pioneers in shaping workplaces where staff from ethnic minorities' backgrounds' experiences, safety, development and opportunities are improved at work.
